Please note that our website will only be open during core working hours between 8am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, which now includes prescription medication ordering. We recognise that our patients may find it beneficial to still be able to order medication over a weekend or an evening, so we would like to notify our patients that our preferred request methods are:
Both of these methods will be available for you to sign up to and request medication through those routes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please allow three working days for all prescription requests to be sent through to your preferred pharmacy.

Please note any prescription requests received after 3pm during the weekday (Monday to Friday) will not be processed until the next working day.
