An enhanced service is defined as a service provided by GP practices, that is in addition to the essential services they already provide to their patients.
We are seeking anonymous feedback from patients in the local area, to assist us in planning our enhanced access service and provide pre-bookable appointments with clinicians in the early mornings, evenings and on Saturdays. We are looking to find out when you would like to see a clinician, the type of appointment you would like, and if you are willing to travel to a neighbouring practice should appointments be available there.
The questionnaire should only take approximately five minutes to complete. Your feedback is greatly appreciated in helping us shape our service to fit your needs.
