• Heidi Shadmy – Practice Manager

Heidi Shadmy joined the team in March 2023. She had been a Practice Manager at a previous practice and has been working in the NHS for over 14 years.

The Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Lucy – Operations Manager

Lucy Cooke joined the practice in September 2013 as an apprentice and quickly worked her way up to Operations Manager, Lucy’s role supports and assists the Practice Manager in the daily operational duties of the practice in line with the contractual requirements.

Susan – Reception/Office Manager

Susan leads the Patient Care Coordinators at Woodcock Road Surgery, Susan joined the practice in 2010 having come from a previous surgery. The Reception/Office Manager leads the team ensuring efficient and professional service is provided to our patients every day.
