Woodcock Road Surgery has a patient participation group, made up of a ‘virtual’ group of patients, and also patients who have volunteered to meet up with the practice staff on a quarterly basis.

The group works with the surgery to:

• Provide a link between patients and the surgery.
• Provide feedback, give patients’ views on services provided or any planned changes, and offer suggestions for improvement.
